A simple, low cost, easily operated, variable flat rate, in-parlour feeding system.
Designed to provide a low cost alternative to conventional feeding systems, Equity combines a Rotaflex™ conveyor with a reliable volumetric dispenser.
The individual dispensers measure feed volumetrically, quantities can be easily adjusted up to a maximum capacity of 7 litres. A pear shaped dump ball ensures all feed is easily dispensed and the feeders can be grouped in any configuration to suit individual parlours. The dispensing mechanism of each feeder is connected via an actuator cable; the dispensers can be linked in any configuration and feed can be dispensed as the operator moves along the cows. Feed is delivered efficiently via a Rotaflex™ conveyor with sensors positioned to ensure the system is topped up as required.
