The buildings have a prefabricated steel framework with a tensioned PVC cover.

The structural design of BestHall® buildings enables clear internal spans up to 100m width. Buildings up to 50m span can normally be erected on to an existing asphalt base. The PVC roof allows high levels of natural light inside the building, therefore in daylight hours additional lighting may not be required.

The buildings are designed for a long term use, typically 25+ years.
