- Clear span upto 100 metre width (no internal columns/pillars).
- Steel framework is supplied shot blasted and epoxy painted to provide a completely smooth finish for tensioning the membrane over.
- Epoxy painted steel frame is not prone to react with aggressive environments such as, compost or waste material, as galvanised steel can do.
- For applications that specifically require it, hot dip galvanised frames are available.
- Dual skin system to protect steel frame and stop vapours/gases escaping.
- An inner PVC liner can be installed inside the building to protect steelwork from agressive materials, such as, compost and raw materials.
- Pressurised void between outer/inner skins
- PVC cover is available in a range of colours to blend in with site requirements
- Minimal foundation requirements
- Rapid deployment of the buildings reduces overall project costs
- White PVC skin allows high levels of natural light into the building, therefore during normal daylight hours additional lighting is often not required.
- Demountable design enables buildings to be relocatated at end of contract life or change of use.
