Collinson’s new innovative product BIGDOOR™ sees the company thinking big and looking at client bases in Agriculture, Aviation, Logistics and Distribution and more.

The product is more than its evident size, it is hydraulically operated and does not retract inwards which means keeping valuable space and height and at the same time having a useful canopy when the door is extended.

BIGDOOR™ can be integrated within new builds or simply fitted into existing buildings.  Easy to use and maintain, each door is custom built ensuring a perfect fit every time with sizes ranging from 3m (10’) up to 30m (100’) wide (clear opening) and of heights up to 12m (39’).

All doors are designed and fabricated in the U.K in accordance with wind loadings specific to your building location, and can be clad with virtually any material to blend in seamlessly with your building or to create a distinctive appearance.  The doors can also be customised with a broad range of features to suit your individual application.

Each door is pre-hung within its own framework for quick and easy installation, all that is required is structural steelwork into which it can be mounted.

The heavy duty design means that contents are kept securely; particularly in a climate where theft is unfortunately a regular occurrence, a secure and durable door is paramount!
