Christmas Opening Times

Whether you're in need of parts or you need an engineer to come to site, here are some important times and dates for your diary over the festive period.

Orders for Pre Christmas delivery

Tuesday 22nd December - for premium timed services for delivery Thursday 24th December. Order by 11am for guaranteed dispatch.

Wednesday 23rd December - for premium timed services for delivery Thursday 24th December. Please make sure orders are placed by 11am to guarantee despatch.

The offices will close for Christmas at 3pm on Wednesday 23rd December.

How to get in touch if you need parts or support over the festive period

Emergency parts and breakdown cover are available on the days listed below should you need anything.

Please call the main switchboard on 01995 606 451, leave a message with your name and number and we will return your call on Tuesday 29th or Wednesday 30th December.

• Tuesday 29th December - Parts can be despatched on standard next day or premium timed services for delivery on 30th December.
• Wednesday 30th December - Parts can be despatched on next day, premium timed services only for 31st December AM.
