Increasing fuel costs combined with concerns about global climate change is seeing an increasing demand for wood pellet heating systems; an effective, efficient fuel source which burns hot and cleanly. Wood pellet heating solutions contribute towards the government's aim for 15% renewable energy being achieved by 2020. In order to encourage the uptake of renewable heat technologies, the Government have introduced a range of incentive schemes; these incentives vary for commercial and domestic customers, but there are opportunities for both to make great savings.
Our Renewables Silo Range include models from 1 tonne capacity up to 35 tonnes of EN plus grade wood pellets; so whatever your storage requirements, we have a solution. If required our silos can be specified to accommodate ATEX and DSEAR requirements, our specialist team will make you aware of the options so you can personalise the silo for your installation. Conveying is the ideal solution to transport your pellets from the silo to boiler, manual handling is eliminated and the environment remains dust free. To offer flexibility in design Collinson offer a choice of flexible spiral and vacuum conveyors with varying throughputs to suit different boiler sizes, all with one thing in common; reliability in operation, for peace of mind.
